A comprehensive, room-by-room assessment focused on maximizing value and showcasing your home’s strengths using existing furnishings and accessories.
With a strategic, front-facing approach, we review recommended repairs, paint and colour selections, spatial flow, organization, lighting, and buyer demographics. Select accessory enhancements may be suggested to further elevate the presentation.
Investment: $500
For clients seeking additional support, full staging and styling services are available.
Half-day and full-day rates offered.
Vacant Home Staging
A turnkey staging service that includes a tailored design plan, furniture and accessory selection, delivery, installation, and removal.
Staging inventory includes furniture, bedding, artwork, and accessories. Pricing is based on the size and scope of the home. Please contact us for a custom quote.
A $250 consultation fee will be applied toward your staging package when you proceed with Humble Home Interiors.
Home Styling & Interior Design
Whether refreshing a single room or reimagining an entire home, our design services are tailored to your lifestyle and aesthetic. Clients benefit from personalized design guidance, curated sourcing, and access to preferred trade pricing.
